Telangana Bandh on it second day.

With no reaction from the central Government on the violence and protest going on in the state for the Telangana statehood issue.

On the second day of the Bandh, it has hit the normal life of the people, with schools and colleges being shut down.  Very less turn out of employees in the Government offices.  The RTC and Metro Rail were also not commuting in the city during the Bandh period.

It was good day for the autorickshaw owners who dare to carry passengers and also charge very high rate in order to ferry them to the respective location. All the shops, business houses, hotels, entertainments, educational institutions were closed.

APSRTC has suffered a huge loss with this Bandh and are planning to resume the service by evening to some of the regions in the state.  The people have suffered a lot with these call of Bandh by TRS and T-JAC.

The toll of resignation has reached with 114 MLA and 13 MPs and also Government has no plans on imposing the President rule in the state, in consideration of the violence and protest going on.  A total of 98 MLAs from Telangana have quit the Assembly which  includes 45 from the Congress, 11 from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), 37 from the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), and both legislators from Chiranjeevi's Praja Rajyam Party (PRP). Telangana leaders who met up with the Central Government has made it clear that they would like have fixed time for the frame work and also the state formation and any kind of delay which hit the party image.

Osmania University has once again turned into battle zone between students and police, with police firing rubber bullets, tear gas and sound bombs at them.
