Sathya Sai Baba, who has seen as the rebirth of Sai Baba at the early age of 14. Sathya Sai Baba original name is Sathyanarayana Raju born on Nov 23, 1926 to Eswaramma and Peddavenkama Raju Ratnakaram in the village of Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has learned sanskrit and verses.
There are many claimant made by Sai Baba devotees the started singing Sanskrit verses,which Baba has never heard or knew after being bitten by a scorpio in 1940. The mouth of word spread about Baba across the villages and cities, that he was able to present objects such as food and sweets from air, vibhuti from his hand, chain and also shivlings from mouth.
As temple was built on the belief of re-birth of Sai Baba in Puttaparthi in 1944. After 5 years, Sathya Sai Baba, founded Prashanthi Nilayam.
His main preaching was :"My objective is the establishment of sanatana dharma, which believes in one god as propitiated by the founders of all religions."
Sathya Sai Baba dedicated his life for Charitable work and seva for people. He started free medical treatment, schools, colleges, education for the poor and gave the best facilities to all its devotees in the city and across 130 countries in the world.
Sathya Sai Baba personal life has been not be know much to the public two of his elder sisters, an elder brother and a younger brother have died. Some of the children of his sisters and brothers are today active in the trusts formed by him.

- In 1968 - Dharmakshetra or Sathyam Mandir in Mumbai.
- In 1973 - Shivam Mandir in Hyderabad.
- In 1981 - In Chennai - The Sundaram Mandir.
- In March 1995 - The water project to provide drinking water to 1.2 million people in the drought-prone Rayalaseema region in Anantapur which was complete supported by Sai Baba with an investment of Rs. 400 crores.
- In 2001 - 2nd free Super Speciality hospital in Bangalore to benefit the poor.
- In April 1999 - The Ananda Nilayam Mandir in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
