BJP gain popularity with its Telangana support

BJP held a meeting at Ambedkar Stadium in Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh which was addresses by BJP Leader Sushma Swaraj.  The meet was called "Telangana Poru" in order to showcase that BJP is supporting the movement of separate Telangana state.

BJP has gained good popularity with approx 50000+ attendees were present in the meet and many of them were not able to enter the stadium due to overcrowding. The meeting proved a grand success as the attendance exceeded the expectations of the party leaders with party expecting around 20-30000 people attending it.

However, Sushma Swaraj has bad experience on her visit, where she was not provided the respective security, which needs to given by the state Government for the Opposition party leader visiting the state.  Sushma Swaraj, has made it clear to the people of Telangana region, with their stand on the Telangana movement and also their support for separate state formation.

Sushma Swaraj stated that : “The NDA will extend full support to ensure the passage of the bill. Otherwise the BJP will form the Telangana state after it returns to power in 2014,” she declared. “This will be the first act of the BJP after it comes to power.”

As always senior BJP leaders targeted the Congress leader and also mentioned that they are playing with emotion of the Telangana people by creating a SriKrishna Committee and their report.  She also mentioned that the eight chapter in the report which was made secret had suggestion for forming a separate Telangana state.

Sushma Swaraj also mentioned that the secret chapter mentioned that if a new state is formed then BJP and Maoists will be power and then she mentioned that TDP Chief Naidu will submit a letter only after central announces the state formation isn't that ridiculuos.

However, this "Telangana Poru" meeting was grand success for the BJP party and also displayed it support in the region.
